THIS is where the magic happens...
This is it. This is where my passion really lies. When was the last time you spent quality time really talking to someone about your health? By working together 1:1 you are taking the most personal approach to health, wellness, and weight loss, you can possibly take. During our bi-weekly sessions we will focus on YOU and co-create a blueprint for your success.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a plan for success and begin the process of re-learning how to eat, move and LIVE in the healthiest way possible.
We will work each session on what new HEALTHY things we can add into your daily life. These things will be foods and habits that you can see yourself eating or doing forever….that way, they STICK. That way, by the end of our time together, you see yourself creating new and healthier routines that last.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to explore what really works for you. I don’t believe that one thing works for all people; I provide tools and ideas so we figure out what works best for YOU.

- Discuss journaling options if weight loss is desired
- Create your personal blueprint
- Practice the idea of “crowding out” the bad and replacing bad habits with good ones
- Work together to make small healthy changes that, over time, add up

- Bi-weekly health sessions, approximately 50 minutes each

Investment for my 6-month program
Initial downpayment of $500 and then five monthly payments of $300.
I ask for my clients to commit to a 6-month program when working one-on-one with me. This gives us enough time to make changes in some daily routines and to see the results you are looking for.
After completing a 6-month program you have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis at a discounted rate.
