Eggs, Bacon, Muffin, Fruit Loops?

If you’re anything like me, mornings are a mad rush to get out the door on time.

You rush around trying to make sure everyone gets where they need to go….and that you’ve actually put on two shoes that matched :).

Breakfast? Maybe.
If you’ve got time.

I used to be exactly like this and breakfast was, many times, a big huge muffin from the cafe in the lobby of the building I worked.

Or, I’d skip completely and run on my sugar filled coffee.

Well.  No more.

Because now….well, I know better.

And once you KNOW….you know.

The BREAKFAST EXPERIMENT was actually a homework assignment I had to do when I took my holistic nutrition course.  There was lots of reading, lectures and homework was, many times, something like this.

I thought it was so valuable I put together a BREAKFAST EXPERIMENT eGuide for my private clients.  Then, I decided to share it with you!

The eGuide includes a 7-day breakfast meal plan, recipes & a journal to record your OBSERVATIONS.

Sounds VERY scientific, right?

We’ll be starting the EXPERIMENT as a group (in my FB group) this Monday!

The Breakfast Experiment is a 7-day journey to explore what works best for your unique body to fuel you for the day.

You’ll learn to really tap in, listen to what your body is asking for and figure out what fuels it for optimal energy. 

You’ll eat a different breakfast daily for 7 days, documenting how it affected you mentally, physically, and emotionally. 

By the end of Day 7, you’ll have learned a great deal about what foods your body is requesting and rejecting. You’ll know what breakfast works best for you – so you can ditch this current mid- morning slump you’re so familiar with.
